Prior to joining NAC, Cade was a Research and Development Representative with Novartis Crop Protection, and a National Marketing Manager with Engage Agro. Most recently Cade was a Relationship Manager with TD Commercial Bank, where he assisted mid market clients with senior debt commercial lending transactions.  Cade earned an M.Sc. in Biology from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA, focusing on marketing and general management, from Wilfrid Laurier University. Cade lives in Waterloo, ON, with his wife and three children.
